The Calm It Down Color Meditation
Hello Midlife Magic Maker,
I created this recorded meditation to help you calm it down in any season of life. I have worked with this meditation for many years to bring peace and regulation to my nervous system on many occasions. I am not the creator of this meditation, only a facilitator. But I am grateful to know it and share it, as I have found it to be a beautiful reset when I am feeling disconnected, stressed, and/or exhausted by life.
Regulating our nervous system is the first step to designing the life you want to live. I believe we are capable of making the most aligned, empowered decisions when we first take the time to regulate our nervous systems. Zero questions, more self worth, and action X authenticity in midlife are born from calm and connection.
I want to invite you to take 12 minutes today to bring some ease and balance back into your nervous system. If you are feeling stressed, exhausted, too busy, or disconnected this meditation is for you. There is no to-do list or future focused activity involved in this meditation. It is simply a gift of self love that can be re-visited anytime you feel the need to calm it down.
